Hi, I’m Joshua Thomas.


I am grateful that you took the time to browse my website. I hope you can find something that piques your interest. I operate with a philosophy to help and serve as many individuals as I can through the language of movement and exercise performance.


Whether you are an athlete looking to maximize your performance abilities or just wanting to become healthier and stronger to live up to the demands that life presents, I can assure you that this is the place for you. I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees in Exercise Science. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.


During my years as a collegiate athlete, I developed an immense passion and appreciation for exercise performance, healthy living, and science-based programs that produce life-changing results. JT19Fit was developed after successfully earning my bachelor's degree in 2019. From here, I set out to develop a brand with a reputation and community of resilient, strong, courageous, and relentless individuals who smash their fitness goals and reach levels that they never knew were attainable.


Reaching that once unobtainable fitness goal is going to require a commitment to hard work, dedication, and consistency. I am certain you all are capable of becoming stronger, healthier, and the best versions of yourselves, you just have to be willing to put forth the effort.

After I explained what I was feeling, and showed him videos of what I wanted to be able to do, Josh was able to create a program focused on functional strength training that included all attributes of training.
